What is counselling?
People seek counselling for a variety of reasons, from losing a loved one over feelings of depression, anxiety or anger to PTSD.
A counselling session provides a safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings with the knowledge that they will be kept confidential.
The counsellor's role is not to give advice but gently steer you in a direction where you yourself recognise the cause of your feelings and behaviour and discover a way forward.
What kind of counselling sessions do I offer?
I'm an integrative counsellor which means I'm trained to use a variety of counselling theories and approaches depending on the needs of the client.

- Outdoor counselling (walking therapy)
- Online counselling via phone, WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom
- Counselling in a rented therapy room
Price & availability
A 50-minutes session is £50 for outdoor and online counselling or £65 for counselling in a rented therapy room.

Rented therapy room
On request I can rent a therapy room located in Forest Park, Bracknell, Berkshire.
Information for outdoor counselling
I usually do the outdoor counselling in Bracknell Forest.
Meeting point is the Savernake Lake car park.
The latest appointment is dependent on season/daylight.
